Every project begins with a clear specification, responsibility map, evidence list and release condition. We coordinate execution; authorized authorities and qualified third parties remain responsible for their statutory or specialist work.
Combine trade signals, public corporate records, product capability and commercial terms to build a shortlist and flag points that require verification.
Freeze key specifications, approved samples, packaging, labels, quantities and tolerances before production to reduce disputes between sample and bulk goods.
Coordinate inspection tasks by order stage and record sampling scope, photos, findings, corrective actions and re-inspection results. The buyer controls the release decision.
Prepare the contract, invoice, packing list, origin and certification checklist according to the Incoterm, destination and document purpose, then coordinate submission to authorized bodies.
Inspection needs a written baseline
The inspection plan identifies the product, quantity, sampling method, checkpoints, tolerances, photo requirements and decision rules. Sampling inspection is not a product guarantee; laboratory testing is performed by appropriately qualified organizations.
