Inspection at every critical stage of production
Before production begins, we inspect raw materials, components, and semi-finished goods. We verify that the factory has the correct materials, dimensions, and specifications as per your approved sample. This prevents costly mistakes at the source.
When production is 30-50% complete, we visit the factory to inspect the work-in-progress. This is the most critical stage — if there's a problem, the factory still has time to correct it without scrapping the entire order.
When production is complete and before shipping, we conduct a thorough final inspection using AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) standards. Every unit is checked. We don't let defective goods leave the factory.
Beyond standard inspections
We audit the factory's facilities, equipment, workforce, certifications, and working conditions. You get a comprehensive report with photos, video, and compliance assessment. Essential for vetting new suppliers.
