Legal and service boundaries

Website and Service Terms

These terms apply to website use and initial inquiries. Price, scope, responsibility and governing law for a project are determined by the signed contract. Updated 16 July 2026.

1. Website information is not a binding quote

Service descriptions, timing, fees, shipping methods and document routes on the site are general information. Product specifications, destination regulations, supplier conditions, market prices and third-party policies may change. Only a written quotation with a validity period and confirmation by an authorized representative is a commercial offer.

2. Our role

Unless a signed contract states otherwise, Yuhua Yunchuang provides supplier screening, quotation, order coordination, inspection task coordination, logistics coordination and commercial document preparation. We do not own every factory, carrier, laboratory or authority referenced on the site and do not automatically act as the manufacturer, importer, legal adviser or certification issuer.

3. Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and workable specifications, drawings, quantity, intended use, destination and delivery requirements;
  • Confirm market access, labeling, intellectual property, import licensing and end-use requirements in the destination market;
  • Review samples, quotations, contracts, inspection plans, reports and release decisions on time;
  • Use lawful payment channels and do not request prohibited, infringing, sanctioned or unexplained goods.

4. Suppliers and third parties

Suppliers, inspection providers, laboratories, carriers, customs brokers, banks, insurers and authorities may apply their own terms, timelines and liability limits. We coordinate and perform reasonable checks within the agreed scope but cannot guarantee that a third party will never delay, default or change policy.

5. Inspection limitations

Inspection follows the approved inspection plan. Sampling reflects only selected samples and the visible or measurable checkpoints at that time. It cannot guarantee zero defects across the lot, future performance or latent defects. Laboratory results are the responsibility of the qualified testing organization. The buyer decides whether to release, rework, re-inspect or reject based on the report, contract and risk.

6. Commercial certification and legalization

We may prepare and coordinate CCPIT commercial certification, Apostille, consular legalization and related materials, but cannot promise acceptance, issuance, completion time or recognition in the destination. Final requirements and legal effect are determined by the document recipient and competent authorities. This service is not legal advice.

7. Pricing, payment and cancellation

Service fees, goods, samples, inspection, travel, laboratory, logistics, duties and third-party charges are separated in the quotation or contract. Unless otherwise agreed, do not pay before confirming the written scope and beneficiary account. Incurred third-party charges, completed work and non-cancellable bookings are generally non-refundable.

8. Intellectual property and confidentiality

Customers must ensure that drawings, trademarks, packaging and product requirements do not infringe third-party rights. Each party should protect non-public quotations, supplier information, drawings, transaction documents and personal information under the contract. Site content may not be copied in bulk or used to impersonate the company.

9. Site availability and liability

We aim to keep the site accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or suitability for every purpose. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses from site use or unverified decisions based on general information. Project-level liability limits are set by the signed contract.

Before signing or paying, verify the contracting entity, beneficiary account, service scope, Incoterm, product specification, inspection plan and dispute-resolution clause.
