When you submit an inquiry, we may process your name, company, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, product specification, quantity, destination, target date, drawings, photos, quotations and other transaction information you choose to provide.
The website RFQ form does not directly store its contents in a website database. It builds a WhatsApp message on your device. Information enters WhatsApp only after you choose to send it, and then WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply. Our hosting provider may record IP address, browser information and access logs through its normal security operations.
3. Why we use it
- Assess and respond to sourcing, inspection, logistics or document inquiries;
- Prepare quotations, service scopes, inspection plans and transaction documents;
- Contact suppliers, inspection providers, laboratories, freight forwarders or document-handling authorities where you authorize us to do so;
- Perform a contract, retain necessary transaction records and comply with legal obligations.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. To assess or perform a project, relevant information may be shared on a need-to-know basis with candidate suppliers, service providers, inspection organizations, laboratories, logistics providers, banks, insurers, legal advisers or competent authorities. We aim to minimize data unrelated to the task.
5. International transfers and retention
Cross-border transactions may require information to move between China and your country. We retain it only as long as needed for the inquiry, project, legal duties or dispute handling, then delete, anonymize or retain it as required by applicable law.
6. Cookies and local storage
The site does not currently set advertising cookies. Your language choice is stored in browser local storage. External fonts, hosting services and third-party links you choose to visit may process technical data under their own terms.
