Direct, citable answers
Common questions about China sourcing, inspection and document coordination.
These answers define service scope and decision boundaries. Each order still requires a project-specific assessment based on product, destination, contract and evidence.
- Does Yuhua Yunchuang own or certify factories?
- No. Yuhua Yunchuang coordinates sourcing projects and does not own factories or operate a certification directory. Supplier capability is checked for each RFQ.
- What information is needed for a useful quotation?
- Product or drawing, critical specifications, estimated quantity, destination, required timing and packaging requirements. Missing inputs must remain stated assumptions.
- Can quality inspection guarantee zero defects?
- No. Inspection provides evidence within an agreed scope and sampling method. It cannot reveal every latent, future or untested issue.
- Who decides whether a shipment is released?
- The buyer makes the final decision under the contract after reviewing inspection evidence, corrective actions and commercial status.
- Can Yuhua Yunchuang issue certificates or government documents?
- No. Documents from government, chambers, embassies, laboratories or certification bodies must be issued by the responsible entity. We can coordinate collection and check consistency with the order.
- How are regulated products handled?
- Requirements depend on product, destination and intended use. Before shipment, the buyer and supplier should confirm applicable requirements with qualified laboratories, certification bodies, customs professionals or legal advisers.
- Can the project start without a final drawing or approved sample?
- An initial market or supplier assessment can start, but final price, lead time, inspection criteria and production approval should wait for a written specification or approved sample.
- What happens when inspection finds a problem?
- The finding is recorded against the agreed criteria, the supplier proposes corrective action, and the buyer decides whether rework, replacement, re-inspection, commercial adjustment or rejection is appropriate.
